On December 21 of this year, representatives of the Uzbekkosmos agency visited the main center of the Ground control of satellites of the Azerbaijan Space Agency. During the visit, an acquaintance with the activities of the center, including the satellite control system, ground space infrastructure, and the service for processing data received from spacecraft, took place.

A bilateral meeting of representatives of the space sector of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan was also organized. During the meeting, issues of further expanding cooperation were discussed, including an agreement was reached on the implementation of a joint pilot project using space technologies in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2022, as well as studying the training system.

The meeting took place in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
