In November 2021, at the initiative of the President of the country Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the national project "Yashil Makon" was launched in the Republic.

Within the framework of this project, large-scale work is being carried out in the country. The staff of the Agency for Space Research and Technology under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan also contributes to the implementation of the “Yashil Makon” project.

In particular, seedlings were planted on the territory of the Nevich Test Base, located in the Parkent district of the Tashkent region.
