By the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 23, 2022 "On measures to bring the sphere of information and communication technologies to a new level in 2022-2023", a system of state space monitoring using satellite devices will be created in the country from October 1, 2022, among them such important areas as water supply, agriculture, and forestry.

Officials of the Uzbekcosmos agency held a meeting with representatives of the world's leading Canadian company “EarthDaily Analytics”, which has a special "Agro Platform" for space monitoring of the above-mentioned areas.

During the meeting, they got acquainted with the activities and implemented projects of “EarthDaily Analytics”. The directions of cooperation between the parties were also discussed.

Following the negotiations, the parties agreed to jointly consider at future meetings such important issues as the implementation of joint projects and technical aspects of their application in practice.
