Turkey and Uzbekistan expand cooperation in the space sector

At the meeting held between the “Uzbekkosmos” Agency and the Turkish Space Agency (TUA). During the meeting, the importance of developing cooperation was noted.

The Turkish Space Agency expressed its readiness to assist the youth of our country in increasing interest in the space industry, in the field of education and production.

In particular, Serdar Hussein Yıldırım, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Space Agency, Ali Baigeldi, Head of the Department of Space Systems and Spacecraft and Ayhan Incirci, Director of the Department of International Relations, proposed signing a memorandum of understanding aimed at establishing cooperation.

At the same time, the importance of developing cooperation in the space sector within the framework of the organization of Turkic states, as well as the importance and role of multilateral cooperation in this direction, was especially emphasized.
